Knox Summer Festival

Join us the weekend of June 26-27 for the Knox Summer Festival.  Saturday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.  Enjoy music, dance, games, a crafts fair, and food.  Sunday morning at 10:15, join us for joyful worship, with the 30-piece Kernstown Wind Ensemble from Kernstown UMC.

10:00 a.m. Opening

10:30 a.m. Mad Science performs on the stage www.madscience.org

11:00 a.m. – start selling food outside

11:30 a.m. Eric Rice-Johnston (with bagpipes) on the stage

12:30 p.m. Composer and performer Andrew James Smith on the stage

1:00 p.m. Circuit Breakers (bluegrass) on stage

1:30 Cake walk in the choir room

2:00 p.m. O’Neill-James School of Irish Dance on stage www.oneilljamesschool.com

5:00 – Community prayer service with Knox choir

6:00 – Open mic on the stage – sign up during the day for a 5 minute slot!

Crafts fair on the front lawn.  Crafters may buy a space for $25.  Call the office for an application.
